Ingredients
- 2 water chestnuts
- 1 small onion
- 225 g (1/2 lb) finely minced beef
- 1/4 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper
- 225-350 g (1/2-3/4 lb) fresh spinach, or lettuce
- 1.25 liters (2 1/2 pints) stock
- 1 chicken or beef stock cube
Serve 4-6
