Chinese Recipes - Fish Head and Bean Curd Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large fish head (675 g (1 1/2 lb) with part of body if available
- 1-2 rashers bacon
- 2 leeks
- 2 cakes bean, curd
- 22 ml (1 /12 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
- 2-3 slices root ginger
- 1.25 liters (2 1/2 pints) stock
- 1 chicken stock cube
- salt and pepper
Serve 4-6
