Ingredients
- 30 ml/2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 egg white
- 1-2 rashers bacon or slices of ham
- 3 slices root ginger
- 4-5 stalks spring onion
- 1.25 liters/2 1/2 pints stock
- 225g/1/2lb minced beef
- 30ml/2 tbsp green peas, fresh or frozen
- 1 chicken or beef stock cube
- salt and pepper
Serve 4-6
