Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 spring onion stalks
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1.25 liters (2 1/2 pints) stock
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 100 g (1/4 lb) crab meat
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) corn flour blended in 125 ml (1/4 pint) water
- salt and pepper
- 15-30 ml (1-2 tablespoons) 8ry sherry
