Chinese Recipes - White Fish Soup with Croutons Recipe

Ingredients
- 225g/1/2 lb of white fish
- 3 medium firm tomatoes
- 3 large Chinese dried mushrooms
- 1 egg-white
- 22 ml/1 1/2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 1/2 slices of bread
- 750ml/1 1/2 pints stock
- 45 ml/3 tablespoons green peas
- 15 ml/1 tablespoon salt
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 30 ml/2 tablespoons yellow wine or dry sherry
- oil for deep-frying
Serve 6-10
