Chinese Recipes - Vinegar and Pepper Soup with Sliced Fish Recipe

Ingredients
- 225-350 g (1/2-3/4 lb) fillet of fish (sole, turbot, cod, carp, bream, halibut, etc)
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour sauce
- 1 egg-white
- 3 stalks spring onion
- 1 liter (1 1/2-2 pints) chicken stock
- 3 slices root ginger
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) salt
- 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) white pepper
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy
- 75 ml (5 tablespoons) vinegar
