Chinese Recipes - Yellow Beans and Shredded Pork Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 225 g (1/2 lb) yellow beans (soy beans) or fresh peas
- 50-75 g (2-3 oz) leg of pork
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
- 37 ml (2 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 250 ml (1/2 pint) stock
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) coarsely chopped spring onion
Serve 6-8
