Ingredients
- 225 g (1/2 lb) fresh bamboo shoots
- 75 g (3 oz) bean curd skin
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) oil
- 2 slices root ginger
- 1 liter (2 Pints) water
- 12 ml (2 1/2 teaspoons) salt
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) Kaoliang spirit
Serve 6-8
