Chinese Recipes – Mushroom Soup with Crispy Rice Croutons Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 large Chinese dried mushrooms rice
- 225 g (1/2 lb) fresh firm button mushrooms
- 750 ml (1 1/2 pints) stock
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) dried shrimps
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) left-over
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) sesame oil
- oil for deep-frying
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
Serve 6-8
