Ingredients
- 75 g (3 oz) cooked ham
- 75 g (3 oz) cooked breast of chicken
- 75 g (3 oz) cooked leg of pork
- 1 large Chinese dried mushroom
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
- 750 ml (1 1/2 Pints) stock
- 75 g (3 oz) bamboo shoots
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) lard (use oil if not available)
Serves 6-8
