Chinese Recipes - Fish Soup Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 675 g (1 1/2 lb) small fish (whiting, herring, sardines, etc)
- 3 slices root ginger
- 3 stalks spring onion
- 675 g (1 1/2 lb) egg noodles
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 1 liter (2 pints) stock
- salt and pepper to taste
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour blended in 90 ml (6 tablespoons) water or milk
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) fresh shelled shrimps
Serve 6
