Ingredients
- 550 g (1 1/4 lb) fish fillets
- 1 medium onion
- 3 slices root ginger
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) dry sherry
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) flour
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour
- 1 egg
- 75-90 ml (5-6 tablespoons) sesame seeds
- vegetable oil for deep or semi-deep frying
Serve 6-8
