Ingredients

1.35-1.8 kg (3-4 lb) lobster
Marinade:
- 22 ml (1 tablespoons) chopped spring onion
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) finely chopped root ginger
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sherry
