Ingredients
- 350 g (3/4 lb) crab meat (from 2-3 crabs)
- 100-350 g (1/4-3/4 lb) lean belly pork
- 2 slices root ginger
- 2 young leeks
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sherry
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 2 stalks spring onion
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sesame oil
