Ingredients

  • 350 g (3/4 lb) crab meat (from 2-3 crabs)
  • 100-350 g (1/4-3/4 lb) lean belly pork
  • 2 slices root ginger
  • 2 young leeks
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sherry
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sesame oil

Serve 6
