Ingredients
- 900 g-1.2 kg (2-2 1/2 lb) lobster
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 1 egg
- 52 ml (3 1/2 tablespoons) corn flour
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) water
- oil for deep-frying
- 3-4 selected lettuce leaves
- pepper to taste
Serve 4-6
