Ingredients

  • 900 g-1.2 kg (2-2 1/2 lb) lobster
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
  • 1 egg
  • 52 ml (3 1/2 tablespoons) corn flour
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) water
  • oil for deep-frying
  • 3-4 selected lettuce leaves
  • pepper to taste

  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sesame oil
