Chinese Recipes - Quick-Fried Prawns with Chicken Liver, Chinese Mushrooms and Peas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g (1/4 lb) chicken livers
  • 350-450 g (3/4-1 lb) prawns (shelled)
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
  • 4 large Chinese mushrooms
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) vegetable oil
  • 100 g ( 1/4 lb) green peas
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sherry
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) stock
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar

Serve 6-8
