Chinese Recipes - Quick-Fried Prawns with Chicken Liver, Chinese Mushrooms and Peas Recipe

Ingredients
- 100 g (1/4 lb) chicken livers
- 350-450 g (3/4-1 lb) prawns (shelled)
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
- 4 large Chinese mushrooms
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 100 g ( 1/4 lb) green peas
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sherry
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) stock
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
Serve 6-8
