Chinese Recipes - Poached Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients
- 675 g (about 1 1/2 lb) shrimps (must be very fresh)
- 2 large kettlefuls of boiling water
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) salt
Dips:
- tangerine juice
- minced spring onion in soy sauce
- shredded root ginger in vinegar
Serve 6-8
