Ingredients

  • 675 g (about 1 1/2 lb) shrimps (must be very fresh)
  • 2 large kettlefuls of boiling water
  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) salt

Dips:

  • tangerine juice
  • minced spring onion in soy sauce
  • shredded root ginger in vinegar

Serve 6-8
