Chinese Recipes - Quick-Fried Sliced Fish Recipe

Ingredients
- 350 g (8 lb) filleted fish
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) corn flour
- 1 egg-white
- 2 stalks spring onion
- oil for deep-frying
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lard (use oil if not available)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) stock
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) dry
- 4 ml (3/4 teaspoon) salt
Serve 6-8
