Chinese Recipes - Quick-Fried Crab Meat Recipe

Ingredients
- 50-75g/2-3oz lean and fat pork
- 2 slices root ginger
- 2 stalks spring onion
- 30ml/2 tbsp lard (use oil if not available)
- 225g/1/2lb crab meat
- 15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
- 5ml/1 tsp sugar
- 30ml/2 tbsp dry sherry
- 15ml/1 tbsp corn flour blended in 45ml/3 tbsp water
- pepper to taste
- 7ml/1/2 tbsp salt
- 30ml/2 tbsp stock
Serve 4-6
