Chinese Recipes - Quick-Fried Sliced Pork in Fruit Juice Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 350 g (3/4 lb) leg of pork
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour
- 1/2 egg
- 4 stalks leeks
- 1 medium onion
- 60-75 ml (4-5 tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lard (use oil if not available)
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 15ml (1 tablespoon) dry sherry
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons ) tomato puree
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons ) tangerine or orange juice
Serve 6-8
