Ingredients
- 675 g (1 1/2lb) belly of pork
- oil for shallow-frying (about 125-250 ml/1/4-1/2 pint)
- 675 g (1 1/2 lb) sweet potato or yam (or plain potato)
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) red bean-curd cheese
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) Chinese winter pickle
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) sherry
Serve 6-8
