- 675-900 g/1 1/2-2 lb fillet of pork
Marinade:
- 30ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 30ml/2 tbsp sugar
- 10ml/2 tsp red bean curd cheese
- 15ml/1 tbsp vegetable oil
Serve 8-10
