Ingredients

  • 100-150 g (4-5 oz) pork liver
  • 100-150 it (4-5 oz) breast of chicken
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) corn flour
  • 4 stalks spring onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 75-90 ml (5-6 tablespoons) vegetable oil
  • 15 ml (l tablespoon) lard (use oil if not available)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sugar
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon )vinegar
  • 15 ml (l tablespoon) sherry
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) stock

Serve 6-8
