Ingredients
- 100-150 g (4-5 oz) pork liver
- 100-150 it (4-5 oz) breast of chicken
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) corn flour
- 4 stalks spring onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 75-90 ml (5-6 tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 15 ml (l tablespoon) lard (use oil if not available)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sugar
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon )vinegar
- 15 ml (l tablespoon) sherry
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) stock
Serve 6-8
