  • 1.35-1.5 kg (3-3 1/2 lb) belly of pork (with skin)
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) brown sugar
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) water

Serve 6-8
