- 1.35-1.5 kg (3-3 1/2 lb) belly of pork (with skin)
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) brown sugar
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) water
Serve 6-8
