Ingredients
- 1 fat pigeon
- 37 g (1 1/2 oz) pork fat
- 175 g (6oz) shelled shrimps
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
- 1/2 egg
- 45-60 ml (3-4 tablespoons) flour
- oil for deep-frying
Serve 6-8
