Ingredients

  • 1 fat pigeon
  • 37 g (1 1/2 oz) pork fat
  • 175 g (6oz) shelled shrimps
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
  • 1/2 egg
  • 45-60 ml (3-4 tablespoons) flour
  • oil for deep-frying

Serve 6-8
