Ingredients

  • 225 g (1/2 lb) salt pork
  • 350 g (3/4 lb) heart of cabbage (or spring greens)
  • 2 cakes bean curd
  • 37 ml (2 1/2 tablespoons) vegetable oil
  • 250 ml (1/2 pint) stock
  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • chicken stock cube
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) lard (use oil if not available)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) dry sherry

Serve 6-8
