Chinese Recipes – Casserole of Salt Pork with Heart of Cabbage and Bean Curd Recipe

Ingredients
- 225 g (1/2 lb) salt pork
- 350 g (3/4 lb) heart of cabbage (or spring greens)
- 2 cakes bean curd
- 37 ml (2 1/2 tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 250 ml (1/2 pint) stock
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- chicken stock cube
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) lard (use oil if not available)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) dry sherry
Serve 6-8
