Ingredients

  • 900 g (2 lb) belly of pork (with at least 3 layers of lean and fat)
  • 2 medium onions
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) sugar
  • 75 ml (5 tablespoons) soy
  • 75 ml (5 tablespoons) dry sherry
  • 4 slices root ginger

Serve 6-8
