Ingredients
- 900 g (2 lb) belly of pork (with at least 3 layers of lean and fat)
- 2 medium onions
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) sugar
- 75 ml (5 tablespoons) soy
- 75 ml (5 tablespoons) dry sherry
- 4 slices root ginger
Serve 6-8
