Chinese Recipes – Pork Stuffed Cucumber Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 225g/1/2lb lean and fat pork
- 15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1ml/1/4 tsp sugar
- 15ml/1 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 slices root ginger
- 22ml/1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
- oil for deep-frying
Sauce:
- 250ml/1/2 pint stock
- 30ml/2 tbsp sherry
- 15ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 chicken stock cube
- 5ml/1 tsp sesame oil
Serve 6-8
