Chinese Recipes – Sliced Pork Fu Yung Recipe

Ingredients
- 350 g (3/4 lb ) fillet of pork
- salt and pepper to taste
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) corn flour
- 1 egg-white
- 2 slices root ganger
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 ml (4 tablespoons) lard
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
- 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) sugar
- 1/2 chicken stock cube (crushed)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) dry sherry
Fung yung:
- 2 egg-whites
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) minced chicken breast
- 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cold stock
Serve 6-8
