Chinese Recipes – Cold Tossed Boiled Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 900 g (2 lb) topside or rump of beef
Dressing:
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) chili sauce
- a Pinch freshly ground pepper
- 22 ml (1, tablespoons) vinegar (Chinese aromatic, if available)
- 7 ml (1 tablespoon) sugar
- 12 ml (3/4 tablespoon) sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4-5 large crisp lettuce leaves
Serve 6-8
