Chinese Recipes – Crispy Deep-Fried Steamed Stuffed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.35 kg -3 lb chicken
Stuffing:
- 75 ml (5 tablespoons) glutinous rice
- 6 medium Chinese dried mushrooms
- 75 g (3 oz) lean pork
- 75 g (3 oz) fat pork
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) lard (use oil if not available)
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) oyster sauce
- 1 egg
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) corn flour
- oil for deep-frying
Serve 8-10
