- 1.8-2.2 kg (4-5 lb) duck
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
- 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) malt sugar
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) water
