  • 1.8-2.2 kg (4-5 lb) duck
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) corn flour
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) malt sugar
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) water
