Chinese Recipes – Braised Chicken with Oyster & Fatt Choy

Ingredients
- 1.2-1.5kg whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp Ginger juice
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 5 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 12 Chinese mushrooms, soaked till tender
- 10-12 Medium size dried oysters, wash & drain
- 12 g Fatt Choy (black moss), wash and drain
- 1 large Carrot, sliced
For the Sauce:
- 750 ml Water
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chicken stock concentrate
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
For thickening:
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 4 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine
Serve 8
