Fruits with Almond Cream Recipe
Ingredients

1 sachet gelatin
-
175ml/3/4 cup water
-
100g/1/2 cup sugar
-
175/3/4 cup boiling
water
-
300ml/1 1/4 ups
evaporated milk
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp vanilla
essence
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp almond
essence
-
2 kiwi fruits, peeled
and sliced
-
4 strawberries
Method:

Sprinkle the
gelatin on to the cold water in a bowl and leave to
stand for 1 minute.

Ad the sugar and
stir until the gelatin dissolves. Stir the gelatin
mixture into the boiling water/

Mix together the
evaporated milk, vanilla and almond essences and
pour into the gelatin mixture.

Divide the
mixture between 4 serving dishes and refrigerate for
about 3 hours until set.
-
Serve garnished
with kiwi fruits and strawberries.
