Ingredients

  • 600ml/2 1/2 cups fruit juice

  • 450g/1lb mixed fresh fruit, sliced

  • 100g/1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 400ml/1 1/4 cups water

  • 30ml/2 tbsp corn flour


Method:

  1. Bring the fruit juice to the boil. Add the fruit and sugar and stir into the sugar dissolves.

  2. Mix the remaining water and corn flour and stir it into the pan.

  3. Bring almost to boiling, stirring continuously, but do not allow the mixture to boil. Serve hot in soup bowls.
