Sweet Chestnut Balls Recipe
Ingredients

450g/1lb chestnuts
-
75g/1/4 cup honey
-
75g/1/3 cup icing sugar
-
2.5ml/1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method:

Score the
chestnuts, plunge into boiling water and cook for
about 20 minutes until the shells burst.

Drain, cool and
shell. Mince the chestnuts, blend with the honey ad
shaped into balls.

Mix the sugar and
cinnamon and roll the chestnut balls into to mixture
until coated.
