Chinese Salads Recipes - Asparagus Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450g/1lb asparagus

  • 30ml/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 10ml/2 tsp wine vinegar

  • 5ml/1 tsp sesame oil

  • 5ml/1 tsp sugar


Method:

  1. Par-boil the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes then rinse with cold water. Drain well and leave to cool.

  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients, pour over the asparagus and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
