Ingredients

450g/1lb asparagus
-
30ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
-
10ml/2 tsp wine vinegar
-
5ml/1 tsp sesame oil
-
5ml/1 tsp sugar
Method:
-
Par-boil the asparagus in boiling water for 3
minutes then rinse with cold water. Drain well and
leave to cool.
-
Mix together the remaining
ingredients, pour over the asparagus and chill for
20 minutes before serving.
