Chinese Recipes - Bean and Pepper Salad Recipe
Ingredients
225g/8oz green beans
2 red peppers, cut into strips
10ml/2tsp sesame oil
5ml/1 tsp minced ginger root
5ml/1 tsp sugar
salt
Method:
Blanch the beans and peppers in boiling water for 30 seconds then drain well.
Mix together the sesame oil, ginger, sugar and a pinch of salt and pour over the vegetables.
Toss together well before serving.
