Chinese Recipes - Chicken Leaf Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 head Chinese leaves, shredded
30ml/2tbsp soy sauce
15ml/1 tbsp sesame oil
5ml/1 tsp sugar
salt
Method:
Blanch the Chinese leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds then drain well.
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Pour over the Chinese leaves and toss well before serving.
