Chinese Salads Recipes - Chicken Leaf Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese leaves, shredded

  • 30ml/2tbsp soy sauce

  • 15ml/1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 5ml/1 tsp sugar

  • salt


Method:

  1. Blanch the Chinese leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds then drain well.

  2. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and a pinch of salt.

  3. Pour over the Chinese leaves and toss well before serving.
