Chinese Salads Recipes - Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450 g/1 lb spinach, cut into strips

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp wine vinegar

  • 5 ml/1 tsp sugar

  • 10 ml/2 tsp sesame oil

  • 5 ml/1 tsp peanut butter


Method:

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes then drain and rinse in cold water.

  2. Mix together the dressing ingredients, pour over the spinach and toss together well.

  3. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
