Chinese Recipes - Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
450 g/1 lb spinach, cut into strips
30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
15 ml/1 tbsp wine vinegar
5 ml/1 tsp sugar
10 ml/2 tsp sesame oil
5 ml/1 tsp peanut butter
Method:
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes then drain and rinse in cold water.
Mix together the dressing ingredients, pour over the spinach and toss together well.
Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
