Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Bamboo Shoots with Sesame
Oil Recipe
Ingredients

100g/4oz bean
sprouts
-
45ml/3 tbsp
peanut oil
-
225g/8oz
bamboo shoots
-
5ml/1 tsp
salt
-
5ml/1 tsp
sesame oil
Method:
-
Cook the bean
sprout in boiling water for about 10 minutes until
tender but still crisp. Drain well.

meanwhile, heat
the oil and stir-fry the bamboo shoots for about 5
minutes until tender but still crisp.
-
Sprinkle wit salt
mix well then arrange with the bean sprouts on a
warmed serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame oil and
serve.
