Ingredients

450 g/1lb bean
sprouts
-
45 ml/3 tbsp
groundnut (peanut) oil
-
4 stalks celery,
cut into strips
-
5 ml/1 tsp salt
-
15 ml/1 tbsp soy
sauce
-
90 ml/6 tbsp
chicken stock
Method:
-
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling, water for 3
minutes then drain.
-
Heat the oil and stir-fry
the celery for 1 minute. Add the bean sprouts and
stir-fry for 1 minute.
-
Add the remaining
ingredients, bring to the boll, cover and simmer for
3 minutes before serving.
