Ingredients

15 ml/1 tbsp groundnut
(peanut) oil
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp salt
-
1 clove garlic, crushed
-
450 g/1lb bean sprouts
-
3 spring onions
(scallions), chopped
-
60 ml/4 tbsp chicken
stock
-
5 ml/1 tsp sugar
-
5 ml/1 tsp soy sauce
Method:
-
Heat the oil, salt and garlic until the garlic turns
light golden.
-
Add the bean sprouts and spring onions
and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
-
Add the remaining
ingredients and stir-fry for a few minutes until all
the liquid has evaporated.
