tbsp soy sauce

tsp sugar

ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup chicken
stock

tsp corn flour (cornstarch)
Method:

Heat the oil and fry the spring onion until lightly
browned.

Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 3
minutes.
-
Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry
for 2 minutes and serve.
