Ingredients

45 ml/3 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

6 stalks celery, diagonally sliced

225 g/8 oz mushrooms, sliced
-
30 ml/2 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry

salt and freshly ground pepper
Method:

Heat the oil and stir-fry the celery for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the
wine or sherry and season with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.
