Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Celery Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 6 spring onions, chopped

  • 1/2 head celery, cut into chunks

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 5ml/1 tsp salt


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the spring onions until lightly browned.

  2. Add the celery and stir until well coated with oil. Add the soy sauce and salt, stir well, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
