Chinese Recipes - Chinese Marrow Recipe
Ingredients
60 ml/4 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
450 g/1lb marrow, thinly sliced
30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce
10 ml/2 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper
Method:
Heat the oil and stir-fry the marrow slices for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, salt and a pinch of pepper and stir-fry for a further 4 minutes.
