Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Chinese Marrow Recipe

Ingredients

  • 60 ml/4 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 450 g/1lb marrow, thinly sliced

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 10 ml/2 tsp salt

  • freshly ground pepper


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and stir-fry the marrow slices for 2 minutes.

  2. Add the soy sauce, salt and a pinch of pepper and stir-fry for a further 4 minutes.
