Ingredients
Method:

Heat the oil with the chili peppers and fry until
they change color then remove them from the pan.
Add the onions and stir-fry until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, blanch the beans in boiling water for 2
minutes then drain well.

Add to the onions and
stir-fry for 10 minutes until tender but still crisp
and well coated in the spiced oil.
