Chinese Recipes - Mushrooms with Mange tout Recipe
Ingredients
30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil
225 g/8 oz button mushrooms
450 g/1lb mange tout (snow peas)
15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
10 ml/2 tsp sesame oil
5 ml/1 tsp brown sugar
Method:
Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the mange tout and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
