Chinese Vegetables Recipes - Mushrooms with Mange tout Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 ml/2 tbsp groundnut (peanut) oil

  • 225 g/8 oz button mushrooms

  • 450 g/1lb mange tout (snow peas)

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 10 ml/2 tsp sesame oil

  • 5 ml/1 tsp brown sugar


Method:

  1. Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the mange tout and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
